RESIDENTAIL PROJECT MANAGER
Position Summary:
Directly manage construction projects from initial client meetings through completion and punchlist. This position requires strong organizational and management skills and the work will be performed both in the office and on site. The duties performed are essential to the management of project construction process.
Job Duties:
Execution and management of construction projects from initial meetings through construction, including printing/reproduction, permitting, miscellaneous on site/ construction work , and contract/fee management.
Organization, preparation, & documentation of, but not limited to:
- Project Budget
- Project Schedule
- Client Selections
- Site/ Client Meeting Minutes
- Documenting and Tracking of Change Orders
- Sub-Contractor bids
- Sub Contractor Insurance certificates
- Punchlists
Even though we are a project management company that uses mostly sub-contractors to perform the work, some on site work may be required to keep the project moving, items may include but not limited to:
- Framing/ Blocking as required to prepare for inspections and following phases.
- Insulation as required for inspections.
- Cleaning of sites on a daily basis and at the end of the project.
- Pick up and returns to vendors.
- Punchlist items (Installation of Accessories, Paint touch ups ext….)
- Review and direction of construction work on site for progress, schedule, and quality.
- Bidding & Negotiation of proposed construction projects.
- Scheduling of purchase orders for job materials & client selections.
- Provide input and maintain Firm’s standards both technically and professionally.
- Assist and generate proposals, contracts, and project schedules.
- Coordination and selection of sub consultants and vendors.

CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT
Position Summary:
To provide assistance in procuring Job Site Materials, Equipment and ZDG owned items on current and upcoming projects.
Job Duties:
- Working alongside ZDG Project Manager’s for any and all tasks required for that day. Aid in all aspects of daily duties including picking up supplies, loading and unloading of supplies, securing any rental or ZDG owned equipment, maintaining a clean and efficient work site and a focus on quality.
- Communicate daily via Text and Email with Director of Construction and Project Managers
- Maintain ZDG Job sites including organization of materials and cleaning of spaces.
- Schedule and coordinate all Punch Lists for the completion of projects and all Warranty items
- Maintain Job site safety, safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Daily tracking and timesheet of hours spent on each individual ZDG project.
- Even though we are a project management company that uses mostly sub-contractors to perform the work, position will require hands on daily performance of the following with ZDG vendors:
- Rough Framing / Blocking as required preparing for inspections and following phases.
- Installation of Exterior Finish Trim
- Installation of Interior Finish Trim
- Insulation as required for inspections.
- Cleaning and Organization of materials on jobsites daily and at the end of the project.
- Punch list items (Installation of Accessories, Paint touch ups etc.).
- Warranty Items
